Return
IndoorAppliances.com wantsyou to be completely satisfied with the products you order. It is thereceiver’s responsibility to inspect freight upon delivery and make notations evenif in slightest doubt. If you find any type of damage you must refuse theshipment and notify our customer service immediately.
You may return most new itemssold by www.IndoorAppliances.com within 24-48 hours of delivery for a refund of90% of the amount (less 10% restocking fees), if we are not notified within thetime span IndoorAppliances.com will not be held responsible.
Customerwill pay a 20% restocking fees on all returned merchandise. The restockingfee is applicable on cost of merchandise only. Tax & shipping are not subject to restocking fees. The restockingfee is deducted from the amount to be credited. Cost of shipping to return the merchandise will be paid by the customer.
Arefund via check or credit card will be made within 30 days of receipt of themerchandise in good condition.
Damage
It is the receiver’sresponsibility to inspect freight upon delivery. Please open the packageimmediately upon delivery.
Ifthe receiver notices any damage to the package, this should be noted on thereceiving document. This should be notified to us within 24 hours ofdelivery.
Ifthere is no damage on the box, but there is concealed damage, this should benotified to us within 24 hours of delivery.
